Hey - I’m Stella. I’m a theatre maker, writer, performer and facilitator based in London and Berlin. I’m interested in queer stories and work that’s rooted in community. I work collaboratively with artists and in a multidisciplinary way - sometimes its a show, or a facilitated conversation, or a podcast!
Most recently I co-wrote and performed in BABY IN THE MIRROR, a show about queer family making, whose development was supported by Arts Council England. I am currently working on NICE (working title), a solo clown performance about people-pleasing and pleasure-seeking.
In 2025, I co-founded SecondAdolescence - a theatre company making queer and trans work, which won three awards for its debut show BABY IN THE MIRROR at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I also make community-based, documentary work with feat.theatre.
Alongside my artistic practice, I work in the intersection of arts, wellbeing and community. I have facilitated workshops in clowning, writing and improv to different groups on a freelance basis, including young people, children, adults and vulnerable groups. I have been lucky to work with The Drive Project, Masterclass, Creative Barking and Dagenham and The Flying Seagull Project.
